Jennifer is originally from the Honey Island Swamp in Pearl River, Louisiana. 

A former resident of Bay St. Louis, MS and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S. in Environmental Biology. She earned her M.S. in Earth and Environmental Science from the University of New Orleans in 2009.  Jennifer is now living and working as a professional artist in New Orleans, LA (NOLA). Her artwork focus is primarily ceramics and pottery. Her portfolio also includes paintings, photography, jewelry, and more. The inspiration for her work is evolutionary and draws from life experience. As a scientist and a self-trained artist Jennifer sees each piece as a new experiment leading to discovery in style, technique, and function.
